True Wild Distilling is a stunning, rustic, and warm destination restaurant housed in a renovated electrical building. This hidden gem offers an amazing experience, perfect for everything from a lunch meeting to a fancy date night, or even group events and client appreciation dinners.

The food is described as superb with rich flavors, using great ingredients done properly. Dishes are often meant for sharing, with highlights including beef tartare with in-house made chips, sourdough mushroom toast with ricotta, a cheese burger on a potato bun, and Kennebec fries with aioli. The burger, in particular, is rated as the best ever by one reviewer, with a perfectly done patty and soft, buttery bun.

The drinks are a major highlight, crafted with their own distilled vodka, gin, and whisky, and are absolutely fantastic. Guests enjoyed conversing with bartenders and learning about different cocktails. Specific cocktails mentioned include the smoked old fashion, raspberry sour, French martini, apricot French 75, a long Vesper martini, and the white negroni.
