The food was very underwhelming. The texture of the meat was off-putting, the sauce was overly salty but not flavourful, and the portions were, compared to all other options in the food court, pretty small. I would save your money unless you’re dying to have Japanese.
It's expensive for what you get, but nice every once in a while when you're craving sushi.
Their ChaShu udon is great!

Umi Sushi Express serves great quality food at an affordable price. The mini bento is a fulfilling option, and the takoyaki is a decent snack. While the sushi has received mixed reviews, the bubble tea is okay. The service is great, and the ambiance is simple, as expected from a university food court.
