This has been my “go-to bun mi” place for the last 3 years. We eagerly look forward to eating our sate beef bun mi every time and we are not disappointed. We have ordered for large parties on 3 different occasions. We have tried other recommended Vietnamese restaurants but this one still beats the others, especially for their beef sate bun mi. Their prices are great, the staff is friendly and the food has always come quickly. Thank you
