“We've been loyal customers of Wendy's for years, consistently enjoying their excellent service. This is a handy stop close to many businesses along 58th Avenue. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always great to see familiar faces!

Our go-to is the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger (JBC), always prepared perfectly. Whether it's a quick bite or a sit-down meal, their reliable service never disappoints.

Parking: Easily accessible off of 58th Avenue (north side)

But for real, what do you possibly want to know? It was clean, the order was right, they have a good Coke freestyle machine with even more options than some other freestyle machines. The app worked. No notes.“

“My 8 got a Free Frosty coupon from tricks'n treats night. So I pulled up so the speaker was at her window, got her to order, then at the order window, pulled up so she had to give the coupon, receive the frosty and thank the cashier. The staff played along and many little giggles were had.

Kid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any other fast food chain. No toys or slides, but rounded edges and corners so it's hard for the little ones to run into something and get hurt.

“I love coming to this location. This is one place I can go threw drive thru and have my truck actually fit. The foods good the staff are pretty awesome. And to boot they actually hear you, take your order and get it right Everytime with a smile.
Makes a difference to go to a place where the employees ACTUALLY like their job.

“Not all Wendy's are equal although it would be nice if they were all as perfect as this franchise.

Run by east Indians, these people are serious about delivering top quality.
I asked if I could get everything hot.

I was very happy the really high quality.
Wendy's is easily by far the best fast food choice of it's category.

Makes me shake my head when I see a full parking lot at the Ronald Mcdonald clown house of something that I just can't eat.“

“Quiet location and excellent staff. Perhaps due to my poor English the order did not go completely well. But that was resolved well. Fries are less salty and hard than their competitors and the soda machine is really funny.

In terms of nutrition, it's a fast food restaurant so don't expect miracles. But a funny experience for the kids“

“Manager on Friday Dec 19th at 7pm you ROCK!!! I ordered food from Uber. The driver picked up the wrong food. I called and complained to the manager and he fix it ASAP. Cooked our 3 meals and hand delivered them to us. You made my Friday night!“

“First of all, it's fast food, so that's gonna skew things. But it's good way better than one one north of here on 32nd. Staff is a nice, bit of a language barrier, but that's modern canada.

One of my regular lunch spots, the free style machine, isn't super cool. One of only a few places that have mellow yellow, so that's a plus.“

“Solid Wendy's. Food came out fast and the pop is self serve with one of those mega choice fountains with dozens of choices.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is good here, especially the quality of the nuggets. The toy you get with the meal isn't a franchise one like at other places. It's usually something fun to build. We got a rhino beetle figure last time.“

“Come here a lot with my hot butch friend she buys me food. Always fast in the drive thru and nice, y'all the real ones working so late. Catch me getting two cheesy cheddars, large fries, Jr van frosty, and sometimes chicken nuggets. I come thru in my pajamas idc we out here being comfy and eating food. “Ive been coming often for about 2 years and Food is always good at this location. They take their time. Lemonades are always good aswell. Great service from napeel in particular! Felt very welcoming and extra happy which reflected onto me. Authentic enjoyment at his place of employment.“

“I rarely sit down to eat, usually drive thru and I’ve always wanted to give a huge shout out to Rebecca when she’s taking orders. She is the only drive thru associate I’ve ever encountered that actually knows how to do their job. She times the conversation perfectly instead of interrupting every 30 second to ask if that’s everything. She waits for the customer to finish speaking before she comments again. It’s just always a perfect experience with her. Promote that woman!!“

“The food is good, always hot and fresh. The only problem is the app is really sucks! I love mobile ordering food. And the app is not working at all. But you can still order through their website. Our kids love your food, please upgrade your app!“

“Service was a bit slow for a Wendy's and the few people inside being served.Emphasis and priority being given to drive thru customers.Sad when businesses such as this prefer a car driving thru over proving a nice customer service experience for those who actually got out of there car to dine in!“

“This location has been renovated and the restrooms have completely changed. The service has been excellent. It is definitely a “family friendly” stop for food.

This location has improved significantly, which is why I am giving it 5 stars.

“I just came in today (September 18 at 9:30pm). The lady working at the front was absolutely incredible. She was SOOOO SWEET. I usually dont write reviews but she is literally a walking angel on earth. If you are reading this youre great and you made every customer in the room smile, which is SUCH a gift. If manager sees this, please tell her shes amazing and appreciated.“

“The food was too good, I was there in this morning, I have a breakfast baconator with potatoes veggies and it all fresh and I highly recommend to all. It was very kid friendly my kids really enjoyed there and they love the French toast sticks the kids meal. Their customer service is so good. The environment is so friendly, the workers having big smile and they are very kind, which makes my day.“
