“My 8 got a Free Frosty coupon from tricks'n treats night. So I pulled up so the speaker was at her window, got her to order, then at the order window, pulled up so she had to give the coupon, receive the frosty and thank the cashier. The staff played along and many little giggles were had.
Kid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any other fast food chain. No toys or slides, but rounded edges and corners so it's hard for the little ones to run into something and get hurt.

“Great location! We stopped in to order takeout for our work lunch 7 Dave’s Doubles, 4 large fries, and a 20-piece chicken nuggets. Everything was ready in under 7 minutes, fresh and fast, which really surprised us. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the dipping sauces for the chicken. The ghost pepper sauce was my favourite so good!“

“I love coming to this location. This is one place I can go threw drive thru and have my truck actually fit. The foods good the staff are pretty awesome. And to boot they actually hear you, take your order and get it right Everytime with a smile.

“This Wendy's is amazing every single time I go. A lot better than a Wendy's 5 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary, AB. Does it matter how busy or slow they are. Unprofessional and it takes forever for certain people to get their food. First time I was ever there took almost half an hour to get my meal. Second time I was at that location give them the benefit of the doubt. Because I just went to Costco. People that paid and ordered their food after me still got their food before me. And certain other people had to wait. So if you'd like to get treated like a decent human being and actually get what you ordered. Without any fuss. very

“Solid Wendy's. Food came out fast and the pop is self serve with one of those mega choice fountains with dozens of choices.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is good here, especially the quality of the nuggets. The toy you get with the meal isn't a franchise one like at other places. It's usually something fun to build. We got a rhino beetle figure last time.“
“First of all, it's fast food, so that's gonna skew things. But it's good way better than one one north of here on 32nd. Staff is a nice, bit of a language barrier, but that's modern canada.
One of my regular lunch spots, the free style machine, isn't super cool. One of only a few places that have mellow yellow, so that's a plus.“
“I rarely sit down to eat, usually drive thru and I’ve always wanted to give a huge shout out to Rebecca when she’s taking orders. She is the only drive thru associate I’ve ever encountered that actually knows how to do their job. She times the conversation perfectly instead of interrupting every 30 second to ask if that’s everything. She waits for the customer to finish speaking before she comments again. It’s just always a perfect experience with her. Promote that woman!!“

“Come here a lot with my hot butch friend she buys me food. Always fast in the drive thru and nice, y'all the real ones working so late. Catch me getting two cheesy cheddars, large fries, Jr van frosty, and sometimes chicken nuggets. I come thru in my pajamas idc we out here being comfy and eating food. Don't let angry customers get to you I work service too people are cringe but I appreciate y'all <3“

“Service was a bit slow for a Wendy's and the few people inside being served.Emphasis and priority being given to drive thru customers.Sad when businesses such as this prefer a car driving thru over proving a nice customer service experience for those who actually got out of there car to dine in!“
“Ive been coming often for about 2 years and Food is always good at this location. They take their time. Lemonades are always good aswell. Great service from napeel in particular! Felt very welcoming and extra happy which reflected onto me. Authentic enjoyment at his place of employment.“
“This location has been renovated and the restrooms have completely changed. The service has been excellent. It is definitely a “family friendly” stop for food.
This location has improved significantly, which is why I am giving it 5 stars.

“The food is good, always hot and fresh. The only problem is the app is really sucks! I love mobile ordering food. And the app is not working at all. But you can still order through their website. Our kids love your food, please upgrade your app!“
“Came here with my family, and I don’t know if the person that served us was the owner or not, but they were fantastic. Let me redeem multiple coupons in one transaction, overflowed the large fries we ordered and even gave my kids free tiny frostys! Fantastic customer service, and the place was very clean, and the food was hot and came fast. I don’t often review a fast food chain, but these people deserved a 5-star review.“
“This location seems to stand out in a subtle way. The staff are always friendly, food comes out quickly, and the bathrooms excellent in cleanliness whenever I am here. The thing to note is that not a lot of words are exchanged, and it's not a loud operation. But there is a sincerity of service that speaks in place of actual words, and it seems to be at this location strongly.“
