“This Wendy's is amazing every single time I go. A lot better than a Wendy's 5 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary, AB. Does it matter how busy or slow they are. Unprofessional and it takes forever for certain people to get their food. First time I was ever there took almost half an hour to get my meal. Second time I was at that location give them the benefit of the doubt. Because I just went to Costco. People that paid and ordered their food after me still got their food before me. And certain other people had to wait. So if you'd like to get treated like a decent human being and actually get what you ordered. Without any fuss. very

“Damn! Yall got an F1 pitt crew working the drive thru? because that was fast! I came October 17 at 430 pm and whoever was working the drive thru windows, bravo. Fast, efficient; tasty food. Keep it up! Managers take notice of these two staff members.“

“Quick service and great location. Tried the new cherry crumble frosty, which I found to be on the sweet side, so not for me. Wraps were great, as usual.

PS - they give a $2 discount for positive Google reviews, which I found a bit distasteful. I dropped an atmosphere start as a result of that.“

Called to get help with my order. They didn't help me at all. They would much rather tell me that their information is more accurate than what I actually selected myself. If you're okay with getting everything with no toppings on it order from here.

(Update) I want to go eat the burger the tomato was pre-chewed. Like someone had eaten it and then put it back in the burger or at least smushed it in their hands and put it in the middle. This place is absolutely disgusting me.

“Solid Wendy's. Food came out fast and the pop is self serve with one of those mega choice fountains with dozens of choices.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is good here, especially the quality of the nuggets. The toy you get with the meal isn't a franchise one like at other places. It's usually something fun to build. We got a rhino beetle figure last time.“

“Great location! We stopped in to order takeout for our work lunch 7 Dave’s Doubles, 4 large fries, and a 20-piece chicken nuggets. Everything was ready in under 7 minutes, fresh and fast, which really surprised us. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the dipping sauces for the chicken. The ghost pepper sauce was my favourite so good!“

“This location has been renovated and the restrooms have completely changed. The service has been excellent. It is definitely a “family friendly” stop for food.

This location has improved significantly, which is why I am giving it 5 stars.

“Food is great especially the Baconator burger and the melty cheese is always a great partner. Always a good discount if using the coupons recieved by mail.

Dining area is clean and the drinks machine has a lot of options to choose from. Staff are nice and fast to serve your order.“

“I ordered a hamburger meal and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets and patty were not warm enough, and they were also a bit dry but acceptable. The door in the washroom is broken, and the gaps are way too big (I wish I could upload some pictures). You can clearly see the person taking 💩. I hope they fix this issue.“

“I gave a five star to the one I spoke during lunch time today. I am not sure if she’s the manager. When I have to complaint about Nov 8 at 9:11pm purchase the crew overcharged me for 4 pcs of jbc. He did not give me receipt, I knew only when I check my credit card was charge $33.56 for 4jbc. I couldn’t come back to the store that evening coz I am at workplace already. So I came back today. The staff I spoke calmly ask me what I want to do if I want refund. I told her I will order only for the overcharged. Thank you, I apologize I did not ask her name. There’s no name as well in the receipt she gave to me. Author# 067522. But for the crew on Nov 8 at 9:11pm need a review. He should not over charged and do not forget to issue receipt. And for anyone please let us check the receipt and or our cards how much were charged. Also another I notice to this the drive thru was dark.“

“I recently went to Wendy’s, and honestly, it was a really good experience. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile — that already set a positive tone. I ordered my favorite combo meal, and it came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it.

“Ive been coming often for about 2 years and Food is always good at this location. They take their time. Lemonades are always good aswell. Great service from napeel in particular! Felt very welcoming and extra happy which reflected onto me. Authentic enjoyment at his place of employment.“

“First of all, it's fast food, so that's gonna skew things. But it's good way better than one one north of here on 32nd. Staff is a nice, bit of a language barrier, but that's modern canada.

One of my regular lunch spots, the free style machine, isn't super cool. One of only a few places that have mellow yellow, so that's a plus.“

“I got a Dave's double combo with cheese. I've been eating Wendy's for years. Many years ago, Wendy's fries were very good. Then an overly busybody city council thought it was their place to ban trans fats in Calgary restaurants. And from that day, Wendy's fries sucked bad. They always tasted like they were cooked in scorched oil . I figured yesterday, it was time I tried their fries again. And I'm glad I did, because they seem to be back to something good again. I docked then one star because the restaurant was strangely empty and it was around noon,,so the vibe was a bit weird.“

“Came here with my family, and I don’t know if the person that served us was the owner or not, but they were fantastic. Let me redeem multiple coupons in one transaction, overflowed the large fries we ordered and even gave my kids free tiny frostys! Fantastic customer service, and the place was very clean, and the food was hot and came fast. I don’t often review a fast food chain, but these people deserved a 5-star review.“

“To be honest, the food is amazing. On the other hand, it can get really busy and crowded. The service is kind of a hit or miss — sometimes you’re met with super respectful staff, and other times it’s more of an “I’d totally be nice right now, but someone just ordered four combos on DoorDash, there are fifteen people in line, and I’m about to lose it” kind of vibe. I can’t really blame them though; it’s stressful, especially being located right next to a high school.

I recently went through the drive-thru and said, “Can I have ketchup? Like… a lottt of ketchup?” When I got my fries, the bag was absolutely loaded with ketchup — so big ups to the staff for that!“
