Wendy's offers a speedy drive-through service with correct orders and tasty food, although the line can be long. The employee's speech was difficult to understand during the drive-through experience. When purchasing two Spicy Chicken Combos, there was confusion over the pricing when upgrading from fries to Chili Cheese Natchos, and an additional charge for upgrading to medium frosties. Although the overcharge was small, it created a feeling of mistrust. The restaurant could improve their kids' toys and communication during drive-through service.
