Not the best experience, very slow service and unhelpful staff.
It seems like everyone at this location is fairly unhappy, and it does show in their work. Exception was one younger girl who was smiling pretty good. I’m sorry to interrupt you, but I do need to pick up my order. I also need to bother you for the bathroom key, napkins, missing lids, and broken ketchup dispensers. The staff is nice, and while there may be a bit of a language barrier, the service is great with a smile. One of the few places that have Mellow Yellow, the Freestyle machine isn’t super cool, but the breakfast menu isn’t that bad. The coffee is bitter, not as earthy as Tim Hortons, and the background music is not too loud, making it nice for a brunch with friends. The ambiance is clean and functional, making Wendy's a dependable choice for fast food enthusiasts.
