“What a fabulous experience! Well worth the drive to Carstairs. The male owner is in charge of the front of house and Maria is in charge of the kitchen and all the homemade pasta.

Every dish was delicious and prepared in an attractive manner. The portions were large and reasonably priced.

We made a reservation but were laughing because we were the only people in the place.............but then the customers started to arrive and by the time we were done our meal every table was full.

Lots of variety to choose from on the menu and the owner is a fabulous host.“

“The new owners did an excellent job with the seating area in the restaurant- nice atmosphere! We had take out but will try sitting in one time. We tried the passion soda bubble tea with lychee and it was really yummy! love that they have a good variety of drinks now! We ate the #42 crispy egg noodles with a soy based sauce and shrimp and really enjoyed it- fresh vegetables and the sauce was really good. Definitely would get it again! Looking forward to trying the sate soup next time! Great job and welcome to Carstairs!“
