“I would like to comment on the excellent service of the shop in Southcenter mall in Calgary.
I got in 5 minutes to closing and ordered my drink. Although I felt guilty because everyone's to go home the two barristas Tristen and Laura were welcoming and happy to serve me.

“I go to the same Starbucks every morning seven days a week… When I pull up to the drive-through screen with the cameras that they have they always greet me “good morning Tom”.. it’s always nice to feel special when you’re regular.“
“I visit this location at least once a day and the majority of the time I am happy with the service and the products. Occasionally I might get the wrong drink, but they're quick to fix it without a hassle. 98% of the staff are lovely and provide fantastic customer service, which is the main reason I go to this location so often. Shout out to Tejinder, Roxy & Melia (sorry if I spelled your names wrong), these ladies always make my day!“

“This place is absolutely amazing! We have been ordering the past 5yrs and they have always delivered. My company has done coffee orders every second Friday for the whole company (about 30 orders) and they always deliver. We have so many customizations and they always nail it, always have all the names on the cups and always have excellent packaging for such big orders. Truly thank you!!“

“I stopped by Starbucks and ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato — one of my go-to drinks. As always, it was refreshing, perfectly sweet, and had that smooth espresso kick I love.
What made the experience even better was the location: clean, cozy, and a great spot to relax or get a bit of work done. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. It’s always nice when a good drink comes with great vibes!
