“Diyanna (I think is how you spell her name) is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I live in Panama and I'm currently visiting my home town of Chestermere. The service around town has taken a huge hit, so I definitely don't expect much. I rolled up to Starbucks and was shocked that she was asking me questions and legitimately cared about my weekend, things that I've been up to, etc. It wasn't just your generic "how are you", she actually asked me specific questions. I truly miss connecting with random people throughout my day and I donit know what it was about her, but she brightened my day completely. Thanks for putting in the extra time to show customers that you care - it really does go a long way!“

“It looks busy more staff are needed in the counter. People queue here for minutes before someone comes to take their orders. Most of the staff are assigned in the drive through. This makes the place crowded unnecessarily. Otherwise the staff are awesome. Specially Amal who attended me today.

I have a strawberry allergy and the barista (Becca) made sure to go out of her way to sanitize the shaker cup she was using for my drink.
