“Great place, great workers not a single complaint. However, everytime I go to study I am harassed by the same fly. It drives me insane when im here for 2 -3 hours and there is a fly constantly buzzing around and it is everytime I come in. Ive supported this starbucks for many years and will continue but would appreciate if somehow you could figure out the fly situation because it drives me insane and is very distracting.“

“I come here quite often and for the most part love it. But, on this visit I found the staff quite unfriendly and I was pretty disappointed by the fact that they under-filled my latte. I have also worked as a barista and this was never acceptable at my workplace. So please do better in the future. Not impressed at all.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! We have been ordering the past 5yrs and they have always delivered. My company has done coffee orders every second Friday for the whole company (about 30 orders) and they always deliver. We have so many customizations and they always nail it, always have all the names on the cups and always have excellent packaging for such big orders. Truly thank you!!“

He went above and beyond to ensure that everything i needed was correct and properly assembled. “There’s a young man who works at this Starbucks who wears glasses and has dark hair. Everytime I order my usual frappe, with extra caramel and extra crunch, he always delivers!! Every other employee does the bare minimum; I’ve even had them not out any caramel syrup on top which is part of the regular drink; but anytime this young man is working I know my drink will be amazing!! I wish I caught his name, I never do, but I always recognize him.“

“This Tim Hortons is always clean and tidy. I especially loved the Christmas decorations this year. Whoever made those Christmas cup wreaths are very creative! What a genius. The staff are always nice. The Assistant Manager, Tim, was very friendly, efficient, had amazing customer service and showed great leadership. I could tell he loves his job and gets along well with his staff. The donuts and coffee tasted great!“
