“This little coffee shop is a gem in HR! I am here almost daily throughout the week and truly enjoy the cozy atmosphere, kind staff and yummy lattes (a bug flavour list). I also love that they do monthly drink features! My toddler enjoys it here as well, they have some games and books :)“

“Really had a great experience at this location. The location was busy when I went, but the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Their focus was at one customer at a time, which made my experience personalized and smooth. Will for sure come back!“

“I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s in High River. I ordered the chicken nuggets with fries and a medium Coke, and I was honestly impressed with how fresh everything tasted. The nuggets were crispy on the outside but still moist inside, which is exactly how they should be. The fries were also done really well. They were fresh, hot, and not overly salted like you sometimes get at other locations.

There was plenty of seating available, which was nice. The only thing I noticed is that some of the smaller two-seat tables are not very practical if two people are eating together with separate trays. Two full trays do not really fit comfortably on those tables, so they feel more suited for one person with one order rather than two separate meals.

The lineup was a bit long, likely because of the drive-thru and lunch rush, so it may not be the fastest place if you are on a tight lunch break. That being said, the staff still got my order out as quickly as they could, and the food quality made the visit worth it.

Overall, a solid McDonald’s location with fresh food, good seating availability, and decent service even during a busy period.“

“A great drink provided, no food. It was freshly made, and I was asked if it was hot enough. Unfortunately, the first one wasn't but the barista remade my drink, and the second one was perfect. I highly recommend this location as it's always quiet compared to any other branches.“

“Best McDonalds I have ever been at, service was great, they were a little busy but couldn’t apologize enough for the few minutes I had to wait, I had no problem waiting as I ordered a breakfast sandwich after 12 pm. Great people work here, even after I had sat down and eaten most I my food one employee came out to see how it was and apologized again for the wait, such great customer service! Nice to see somebody that still cares about the food they serve at a fast food restaurant!!“

“I recently visited this location on Halloween day for lunch with my three kids, and despite the crowd, the service was top-notch. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience special. As I was waiting for our order, he noticed I was juggling keeping an eye on my kids and waiting for our food. He kindly asked for our order number and told me to sit down with my kids, offering to bring our order over to the table. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness and attentiveness.

What really stood out was that he was doing the same for another family, showing that it wasn't just a one-time thing. His actions made a big difference to us, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service he provided. If you're a manager like him, you're doing something right! We'll definitely be back!“

ANIL provided excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. He made sure the order was correct and created a welcoming atmosphere.
