“I’ve lived in Chestermere for over ten years. Never have I liked attending this location. Staff have always been less than friendly, not helpful, and never pleased with customization. BUT - I have now had the pleasure of having Liam at the drive thru three times - and I finally captured his name today to write this review. 10/10 keep that young man employed. He is literally the only reason I have returned so many times in the past few weeks. You were lucky to see me once every other month. Liam is incredibly friendly, happy and just a joy to be greeted by in the drive thru.“

“I had an amazing experience at DC Pizza! Manpreet made my Falooda-flavoured roll ice cream, and I also added Gulab Jamun. The combination was unique and turned out absolutely delicious.

Manpreet was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the whole experience even better with her kind nature and excellent customer service.

Highly recommend trying this unique flavour combination, and a big thanks to Manpreet for making it such a memorable treat. I’ll definitely be back!“

“We love McKenzie Towne DQ! Since the pandemic we have been ordering blizzards in the evening on a pretty regular basis. Always two small blizzards and a dog treat. I guess we a regulars now cuz they even know us by name. On occasion they have even up sized our blizzards and our dog has received a full sundae size ice cream treat...she is thrilled the day she gets those. Thank you Michelle, Anne and Alexie!!!! “Little bit of a story .. tried going online to order a custom cake and was within the 2 day ordering needed but the calendar online would not give me the option of the day I wanted to pick up so I called the store but did not get the name of the lady who I spoke to. She went ABOVE and beyond what I was hoping for. She noted the time and day I would be coming to pick up the cake. Stayed on the phone while I uploaded the photo of what I wanted on the cake till she received it. Confirmed everything at the end of the conversation.Gave feedback via email on the coloring of the icing to go on the cake for the best look and the cake looked amazing upon pick up !! The birthday boy was SOO happy with it !! Very well done team !!😁“
