“I love coming here, either drive-thru or dine-in. Even though it can get busy, I always get my seat. Some staff are friendly, while others could improve when it comes to customer service. A smile will go a long way as it's the first door/first impression for the store.“
“I'll be generous with my review mostly because I'm a homeowner in the area, and I often stop by starbucks around the continent to close business deals on my phone.
But the service here can really improve. The kids working there seem very jaded and they totally miss the opportunity to connect better with a customer like myself who happens to be an award nominated recording artist and featured on over 60 TV programs as well as a global business leader.
These kids are way too jaded. They need the right perspective.
