“Stopped by driving from Calgary to Red Deer this morning. The food and the coffee was good and the service was fast. The staff are not very personable though. Being friendly is not too hard. I try to be nice and smile. I wish that people like servers would do it back. The location is fairly large and kept pretty clean. Maybe the service was rough on the morning rush. That may explain why the staff was not overly pleasant to be around. Would still recommend this place for sure. Super convenient when on the road.“

“I usually go through the drive thru here pretty often during my lunch breaks at work and I am never disappointed by the service here. I’ve been going to this location for years and out of all the Airdrie locations it is definitely my favourite. The staff are very friendly! I went during a bit of a rush and despite them rushing they were still very attentive and polite. Thank you Kody for the good service :)!“

“I stop in here whenever I'm in Airdrie. Today I ordered a latte and while waiting for it I noticed they had the matcha strawberry iced tea back. I put loud said oh damn it! Wish I would have ordered that is my favorite!Well BROOKE! TO THE RESCUE! she offered to change my order as she had not made my latte yet. Thank you Brooke that's what I like about this Starbucks small town feel great customer service!“
