Starbucks in Airdrie

“This Starbucks just off the highway is one of the most consistent coffee spots in town. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant, even when it’s busy. If you can grab a seat, it’s a high-energy place to work on your laptop and get things done. Great atmosphere and excellent service every visit.“

“Atmosphere really isn't that great. Very typical interior eith nothing that really stands out. However, the woman at the drive through who took the order was very very clear and easy to understand and the guy who gave us the order was very positive, and friendly. To me that's what makes me want to come back.“

“Only disappointment is they don't brew dark roast in the afternoon or evening. It has to be a pour over.

Something I've never understood about Starbucks' is they are a coffeeshop and yet they stick to brewing medium roast mostly.

There should be more push to sell light and dark roast. Use supermarket tactics where dark roast samples are given.“

“Aiden is literally the best Starbucks worker I have ever been across. So kind and helpful. I will literally forfeit the drive thru if I know he is working because he also makes the best drinks. My whole workplace will decide if they get Starbucks based on if Aiden is working or not ❤️ Ana is always fantastic too!!!“

“Used the drive-thru because it was a very rainy day! Barista's were lovely & when I noted the drink was not what I ordered, they made the quickest replacement drink I've ever seen!! They were so accommodating & lovely, I really appreciated it!“
