“Man I love my sugar with a lil coffee !! LolSame as all I expect. But for flavored luxury yummy coffee you sure get a bigger cup for the price as compared to second cup or good earth or fringe coffee places... I guess it depends what your into. I wasn't trying to spend my day here....“

“Absolutely love this Starbucks! It's small, cozy, and right in the heart of Kingsland. Perfect spot for a coffee break or catching up with friends. Just a heads up, seating is a bit limited, but they do have parking, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend! ?“

It doesn’t matter if I’m ordering in person, mobile order or at the drive through they are polite, friendly and do what they can to personalize my experience and make me feel that they value my business.“

“Pawan is honestly such a nice person! Ordered a matcha latte and received the best customer service in drive thru. She didn’t just take my order and ignore me but engaged in conversation and was happy to interact with a customer. While doing this she also ensured other customers using drive thru were also being served as they rolled in behind me to order.This Starbucks location is lucky to have a hard worker like Pawan. Overall the staff is very friendly and I don’t mind the drive from my house to order from this location because of how nice all my encounters have been with staff at this location.“

“Service is always good. Don't really eat food there as most of it is prepackaged which is lame to me. And the whole woke ideology isn't a place for any business to align with. I don't care who you spend your time with, just be kind and keep your private matters away from my kids and their schools. Other than that the people that serve me there are generally great. Just need to convince them the masks have been disproven time and again and that they can releese the fear they operate with and place their anger towards the liars who "lead" us and steal all our money! Yay!! Stay positive and look deep!!“

“Little short story here. Melissa was the one who helped me taking the order. Bought a nice starbucks Christmas water bottle for my friend. It is made out of glass. I went to the bathroom and then I dropped the bottle on the floor and broke into pieces. I went back to the front counter to Melissa. I just wanna to notify them there are broken glasses on the bathroom floor and I am so sorry someone has to clean up my carelessness. I bought another mug for my friend (this time I picked a plastic one instead ?). Melissa who helped me not only comfort me for not worry about the broken pieces of glasses, she also only charged me the differences on the price of the 2 mugs. She was friendly and very nice dealing with my whole stupid mistake situation. Lastly of course the drinks I ordered were fantastic! Thanks Melissa, Merry Christmas!“

“This is my review on Starbucks the LOWER level it’s very busy I would recommend more staff on the tills My chai was perfect although she didn’t put sticker stopper on top so it spilled a lot and my drinks are HOT I did like how the cashier recommend the daily deal for the day which is great upselling skills and getting a second drink half price is always a bonus“

“I couldn't recommend this location more. The manager is the type of manager that an employee wants to have. He was serving customers and stated that he'd never ask an employee to do anything that he wouldn't do. I'm happy to support a place where a manager treats their employees with respect and appreciation. The atmosphere was very nice, quiet and relaxing. The only complaint I would make was that the sidewalk was rather dirty out front, which made it kind of icky for our pup to sit or lay down in while we had our coffee date.We will definitely return!“

“Love the new renovations. It is brighter, more open, and easier to move around. Still has plenty of seating around the edge but allow room for take out customers.Staff greeted me as I came in and were friendly.Ordered through the app and drink was ready when promised.“

“I am so happy that Char was working the till. She was patient and helpful as I was trying to decide which holiday beverage to try. She could tell that I am not regular, but she still treated me with respect, humour and kindness. “I've been going to this location for many years now. The staff at this location are some of the sweetest and friendliest Starbucks barista I think you will ever meet. They provide outstanding customer service and often times if it's not too busy will have a conversation. Due to how long I have been going to this location I am on a first name basis with most of the staff at the location. Highly recommend this location to anyone. Fun, friendly, and a warm environment to enjoy a hot coffee or a cold drink. The Barista's at the location more or less at this point are now my friends.“

They are always smiling, extremely friendly, helpful and my orders are always delicious & made the way I requested ??????I always walk away in a better mood than when I walked in! ?I am a delivery driver throughout Calgary & the surrounding areas so I have frequented the majority of Starbucks in Calgary & vicinity on a daily basis. I try to stop at the London Towne Square location as often as possible because of the wonderful staff!!!Parking: Plenty of parking and drive-thru also available“

“Stopped in at this Starbucks location this morning. It was clean, organized, and offered food items I haven't seen in other Starbucks locations (I have attached some photos). I loved the vanilla waffle, and I would get it again 100%. My husband had the custard cream filled waffle and it was okay (I wouldn't get it again). I will try the mini pancakes tomorrow morning. They also had cream cheese filled mini bagel balls (no photos of those here) and I'm tempted to try them out too. I did have the potato cheddar chive bakes and they were delicious...I'd highly recommend having them with some sriracha! Great customer service!!“

“Not many Starbucks in Calgary with the lounge area it seems Calgary Starbucks are all kiosks or buried indoors in their plus fifteens, malls etc. I prefer the stand alone Starbucks, the old version, when Starbucks was a neighborhood experience rather than fast coffee. That's my opinion“

“My fav starbucks to go to!! The staff here always know my order when I come to the drive thru. They are fast and always more friendly than any other location. They always start my morning off by putting a smile on my face and today they even left a personal note on the top of my drink lid. Thanks to all of you for being so awesome “

“Used to be my favorite place to hang out on U of C campus when I studied there. It's is a considerably quieter place than Mac Hall or DC which makes it a good place for a small meeting or to study for a bit. As long as you don't happen to come here during the time when all the people that live in the Yamnuska hall decide to go get their coffee - you'll be served fast.“

“Staff is very friendly, and drinks are normal Starbucks quality joe despite it not being a corporately owned shop. Being a franchise you can’t redeem points and free drinks etc. or order ahead, but that seems to just make it less busy than a normal ‘Bucks, which I like for a quick coffee run.“

I am a teacher in a classroom of students with special needs and we came for a field trip to Starbucks. “In my visit, I noticed that most of the people that coming in lives within the area. The baristas know their loyal customers very well. It felt like a close community and positive vibes inside this cafe. During morning rush hour, the crew were fast and precise with all the orders and no one looked exhausted and burnout. “Nice and quiet, not too busy Starbucks location in market square with plenty of sitting spaces just outside the door with small tables and not very comfortable chairs. Small trees provide the shade so can find a comfortable spot in sunny and warm days too.“

I have another Starbucks closer to my house but I always chose to go to this one instead because I love it there so much!“

“A rather normal Starbucks, located in the IGA grocery store in Mahogany Village.They have good, quick 6 have made decent-flavored drinks when I have been there.They do not participate in the Starbucks rewards app/points collections, though. This would be my one critique of this location. Otherwise, I'd recommend coming here!Kid-friendliness: Located inside the grocery store, this Starbucks, much like others, is very kid friendly.Parking: Large, free parking lots surrounding this location.Dietary restrictions: They have many sugar and milk substitutes, so you can whatever drink you'd like with certain sweeteners or milk-alternatives.“

“I called asking if they still had red cups today November 17, 2022 & the gentleman who picked up was so nice and inviting reassuring they had a few left. I even asked 2x to make sure because I was surprised and he was not once rude. Very good customer service and will be opting for this location rather than the one in Bowridge who was very rude when I asked them. Bowridge needs to take note! This location in Safeway is amazing each time I go too. Love them!“

“Calgary Downtown only seems to have Starbucks located in hotels which are licensed, non-corporate businesses. This is one of 2 I found and it's located in the Marriott Hotel lobby near the Calgary Needle. The other is on the side entrance of the Fairmont Hotel. They seem busy at times and I left to return later to buy a Starbucks Calgary mug. They also had the Canada mug. Staff was OK.“

“Whoever makes my pink drinks Dragon DrinkTM/MC Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage throughout the week, you are AMAZING!! They are always perfect; the perfect ratio of coconut to juice and right amount of fruit!! Every other location makes theirs too colourless and bland and this location makes them exactly how they should be and the perfect shade of pink!!! I always look forward to ordering from this location and I'm sad when I have to pick up the same drink from somewhere else because it doesn't compare!! Thank you!!!!“
