“I went to the Deer Valley Starbucks location on a Friday afternoon to purchase Pike Place Decaf whole beans. The store was busy at the time, but I was immediately greeted and served by Jonathan who was very friendly, polite, and made my visit very enjoyable. Kudos to Jonathan!!“

“I go to this Starbucks several times a week. The staff are amazing. My coffee is perfect every time.
The shop gets busy during mall hours, but there's plenty of parking and it's convenient to have a passenger pop into grab mobile orders while you wait in the pickup area.
No drive thru because it's inside the mall.“

“Went through the Drive thru this morning. Was running late for work but Kailia (cute blonde haired girl) working at the drive thru window at 10 AM, was such a delight. “I go to this Starbucks about 5 times a week. Order accuracy is high. Staff are super nice, especially at the drive thru. My pup enjoys his pup cup which is a nice option as a pet owner.

The only downside is the parking lot, which is small and awkward.“

“Yesterday afternoon, after a long day at work, my husband and I decided to grab a café and latte through the drive-thru. When we reached the window, we were greeted by a young employee (we didn’t catch his name, though he was wearing a name tag) who truly stood out. He was tall, wearing a black beanie, and was a very good-looking young guy with such a warm, genuine presence.
He asked how our day had been, apologized saying he is new there, asked us where we were heading, and even noticed our two dogs in the back offering whipped cream for them, which was such a thoughtful touch, and tried his best to chat with us till our drink gets ready. His trainer beside him was also incredibly kind, and together they created such a welcoming atmosphere.
That small, sincere interaction completely turned our day around. We found ourselves talking about it all the way home, it really meant that much. It reminded us that there are still genuinely kind and caring people out there who take the time to connect, even in brief moments.
To the hiring manager: thank you for bringing in such wonderful people great job on choosing kind, sincere people like this for the job. These little interactions may seem small, but they can truly make someone’s entire day.
And to the new employee, if you happen to read this: please don’t ever lose that sincerity. Whether it’s because you’re new or just who you are, it made a real difference to us and I’m sure it does for many others too. Keep being you!“
