Am not an avid starbucks drinker but we went to one on a whim. I told the cashier I needed a moment to read the menu to which she didn't reply. Boyfriend ordered a frap with no whip. I was confused about the sizing which prompt her to say "Tall is small Grande is medium, which do you want" in a rather aggressive way that made me feel embarrassed for not knowing the right words. I usually go through drive through. But today it was closed so I went in. I stood there for 5 min with two girls that just kept talking and talking not even a care to serve me. Talking about stuff that can be talked about after how does that become more important than a customer that is waiting to order. The girl working in the drive thru on Easter Sunday around noon was super nice and made my day. I got a frappe and a shaken espresso and they were super yummy! Very fast service too. I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good.
