The store sometimes faces equipment issues, and at times, limited staff can impact service. The store needs a good equipment upgrade as it shows its age, and some staff members deserve wage increases for their great work. While the drive-thru is convenient, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of certain beverages, such as the cold foam, which can affect the overall taste of the drink. Additionally, a recent experience with the Turkey Bacon Sandwich was disappointing, with old bread and tiny turkey pieces making it not recommended.
