I’m not sure why the quality has gone down hill, but lately when I order here my order is messed up in some way. Or it seems staff may have an issue with people making changes to their drinks or redeeming a free drink because those are always made wrong. Today takes the cake though. I was served an iced coffee with moldy oat milk. I picked it up in the drive thru and when I got where I was going realized it was chunky and moldy. Very disappointed and grossed out.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a clean and comfortable place with a calm atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and super kind, providing great customer service. It is one of the best Starbucks locations, consistently serving drinks that are on point. The matcha (both cold and hot) is super refreshing and smooth, while the Cannonball drink has a bold kick and unique taste. The atmosphere is cozy, with comfortable seating, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to study or get work done. The place is always clean and tidy. However, one order was gotten quite wrong but was fixed. It is always too noisy to stay inside, so sitting outside was the only option. Dietary restrictions: wish they had more keto friendly options. It is a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up or a quick afternoon break.
