I ordered a breakfast croissant 🥐 this time and it was soooo burnt! I bit into it and was smacked in the mouth with nasty burnt croissant flavor. Last few times I’ve been there I haven’t been impressed. A little slow to order when you walk in but the staff has been nice.
Staff is never friendly, latte is missing Splenda on regular occasions and am always asked to pull into the parking lot because their timer is ticking and making one latte affects their stats🙄

Tim Hortons is a popular spot for grabbing a coffee or tea on the go, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The team member offers a warm smile and is so kind and welcoming. While some customers have had negative experiences with the drive-thru, many appreciate the fantastic food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is very inviting because of the staff, especially the store manager who went above and beyond. However, the drinks should have more consistency and actually be full.
