The best steep tea ever and even the brew is so fresh .
The staff is so friendly and full of smiles I'm thrilled to see my school mates getting a job at Tim's again
Thanks for bringing back the Canadian Staff at Tim's specifically the Summer students as that's our job to go .
Hope they get the same quality at Toronto !
Its wrecked as the City of Toronto reminds me of the east end of Germany documentary....

I had a great experience at the drive-thru. I’m not sure if the server’s name was Jack, but this was around 9:00–9:30 PM on July 17.
The customer service felt very natural and friendly. He engaged in casual conversation while remaining professional and very accommodating. The service was also fast, and my special order request was prepared accurately.
Thank you for the excellent service!

Normally everything is right...today we definitely did not get what we ordered foodwise.

Tim Hortons is a popular spot for grabbing a coffee or tea on the go, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The team member offers a warm smile and is so kind and welcoming. While some customers have had negative experiences with the drive-thru, many appreciate the fantastic food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is very inviting because of the staff, especially the store manager who went above and beyond. However, the drinks should have more consistency and actually be full.
