Normally everything is right...today we definitely did not get what we ordered foodwise.
I ordered a Steeped Tea Double Double, and it was really great! I had an excellent experience. Corbin was very respectful, humble and polite and he provided excellent customer service. I always come back to this Tim Hortons because of the great service and welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great work!
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and my order was made perfectly. A special thank you to Corbin, who helped us with a smile and was very friendly, patient, and professional. He made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Tim Hortons is a popular spot for grabbing a coffee or tea on the go, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The team member offers a warm smile and is so kind and welcoming. While some customers have had negative experiences with the drive-thru, many appreciate the fantastic food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is very inviting because of the staff, especially the store manager who went above and beyond. However, the drinks should have more consistency and actually be full.
