Hands down one of the best bakery spots in Edmonton! RolyMie Bakery exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The customer service was 10/10 everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food and pastries were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

The ambience was also amazing: clean, cozy, and relaxing, making it a perfect place to chill or grab a quick bite. You can really tell the owner and staff put effort into giving customers a great experience. Everything about this place felt genuine and high quality.

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. “We had breakfast there around 7 a.m. on Friday, April 3rd. The staff were very friendly, but while we were eating, the manager was shouting loudly at the employees. Even though one of the staff told him he had no right to yell, he kept doing it. That’s a violation of the employees’ rights, and although the staff were very nice, the manager behaved very poorly toward them in front of customers.“
