Love their samosas. Service was so friendly.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased milk cake, rasgulla, gulab jamun, and badana, but unfortunately, none of the sweets tasted fresh. Everything seemed stale, which was very disappointing, especially from a newly opened shop. I expected better quality and freshness.
This is the second time my order has been packed incorrectly. If the team is unable to manage the rush, please consider limiting the number of orders or customers you take at one time.
What is even more frustrating is that when an order is incorrect, you cannot process a refund online or over the phone, I have to drive back to the shop to get it resolved.
