“I love this place! The food is amazing here, and I always choose the buffet. I brought my friend here recently who also fell in love with the restaurant. I really love the low, dimly lit, ambient lighting. The music is nice, and is at a nice level so that you can still conversate. All of these things create a wonderful and authentic atmosphere. I have at times had waiters forget to bring stuff but, it can be understandable because it can get very busy at certain times. When a large event is happing it is especially loud. I've always tried to come on weekdays to avoid this but the food never disappoints regardless.“

“We went to the restaurant because were heard the Indian food was excellent. Our group sampled seven dishes and unanimously agreed that it was fantastic. The layers of flavours with the different spice combinations were incredible. The in-house made naan is out of this world. Harprit was a wonderful host, taking the time to explain to us what we were eating and it’s origin. Not something he likely does with everyone but was interesting to learn. Our server was also great. I’m a foodie, and a decent cook, and must say was very impressed with tonight’s dinner. Thanks again Harp!“

“Wow! Rice Bowl Deluxe, you cats have got it goin' on! Enjoyed one of the most authentic Tom Yum Noodle Soups I've *ever* had! Perfectly cooked rice noodles, such flavourful broth, lemongrass, Thai basil, the right heat, plentiful chunky mushrooms & broccoli, tender delicious chicken, wow! Excellent crispy spring rolls. At least 6 more dishes I want to try from the vast array of Asian options, highly recommend! Fast, friendly, polite service. Just stellar!“

I can honestly state that I just enjoyed probably the best experience in taste ever at a dining establishment. I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Twists for a starter, along with the Irving Bacon Wrapped Bison Striploin as a main dish. I am not going to try and describe the taste or quality, as this surpassed all my expectations. “We ordered takeout from Kaiming’s Kitchen yesterday for supper & it was excellent. There were only 2 of us & we ordered 4 different dishes & we are thrilled that there is enough left over for supper tonight as well. The ingredients were fresh and the flavours were delicious. If you are in the west end & looking for a new alternative for Asian food you must try Kaiming’s Kitchen. My favourite was the Kung Pao Chicken, but each dish was very tasty. The prices were very reasonable which translates to a good bang for your buck! We give this eatery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The food is TO DIE FOR. Their tangsuyuk (탕수육) is possibly the best thing I have ever tasted in my life, and I am obsessed with it. I never leave this restaurant without getting an extra order of it to go.

The jjajangmyeon and jjamppong (it has a lot more seafood than I expected - you can't see it in the photo, but there were 2 crab halves buried under the mountain of noodles and soup) are amazing, and I always get either one of those with some tangsuyuk. These 3 dishes are the trifecta, the holy trinity of this restaurant.

I've tried some of their other dishes like their kanpunggi, dumplings, and fried rice, and they were decent, but nothing too special. I found it hard to care, though, because the holy trinity is so good, you don't need anything else.“

“I’ve always loved this place—it’s been my favorite spot for as long as I can remember. My father started bringing me here as soon as I could walk, back when it was located on the other side of the complex beside the old Movie Studio (now Remedy).

I recently visited Edmonton again, and after having sushi in many coastal cities, I can confidently say Kyoto still does so much right. I do miss when the salmon skin rolls were tall and flaky enough to fall apart, and when the eel sometimes came out a touch too crispy—but that was part of the charm.

“Went to Oodle Noodle for the first time ever since one opened up down the road from me and was super impressed! Tried the chow mien noodles with teriyaki and chicken and I would hands down say this was the best chow mien I’ve ever had. One take away container was enough for two meals, and they do not skimp on the chicken! Green onion cakes were crispy and FULL of green onion flavour, I would say this is hard to attain since most Phó shops have a hard time balancing the flavour in these! My Husband tried the ginger beef with rice and his only negative was that there could have been extra sauce on the beef for the rice. Otherwise the rice was perfect and the ginger beef had a great flavour! 10/10 would recommend they were pretty busy and got our meals out to us relatively quick considering everything is made to order!“

The basic 1 meat 1 veggie 1 rice or noodle is basically two full meals for me although I’m not a very big person. And now for the extra fun comment to the ridiculous review I read for this place.

Very nice that they offered me a sample piece of their chicken very much appreciated. I have never done this before but I have to comment on another review here. It says the following
“I can’t comment on the food but I was really disappointed by their customer service. I was waiting in line for another food stall beside them when someone offered me a sample Of a meat I do not prefer. I tried it and then asked if I could sample a meat I do like. I was told- meat is too expensive and we don’t give too many samples. Like excuse me? You asked for it and started it!! I have a sample because YOU offered it to me. Really disappointed, made me look like I’m a stingey sampler lol. Doesn’t matter if your food is good, stop treating people like garbage.”

What is actually wrong with people? When you feel like a stingy sampler or feel ashamed you made yourself feel that way, no one else. I reported your review and hopefully it gets taken down. These employees work their butts off for not enough money and you say they treated you like garbage? You treated them like garbage by asking for more free food. Then you say they started it?? The entitlement is incredible. Appreciate the free sample and say thank you very much. Leave a 1 star review because you didn’t get a second free sample and claim that because you didn’t get another free sample they are treating you like garbage?!?! Unbelievable.“
