Burger King in Edmonton

“Best service I've ever experienced. The fellow working there (I'm assuming he is the owner) worked very hard to make sure our experience was awesome from beginning to end. He was playing peek-a-boo with my toddler and then gave my kids FREE ice cream cones at the end of our meals. He also made my son a brand new whopper, no questions asked, because we forgot to ask for no cheese. The tables were all sparkling clean with paper crowns on each one, making the restaurant look very inviting. We are definitely returning here just to experience the excellent service that I have not even experienced at fine dining restaurants. Keep up the good work!!“

“A 10/10 experience. While most fast food are obviously leaving quality behind I was pleasantly surprised on my visit to BK. It was just after lunch rush, staff was nice and fast, despite one of them being trained, restaurant was spotless clean (the window sills had not a spec of dust or grease), food was tasty and the presentation was spot on, with burgers nicely wrapped and assembled, no smooshed buns and lettuce everywhere.“

“I have been to this Burger King a few times now. And on this visit I ordered the Whopper with cheese meal, with fries and a Barqs' rootbeer. The meal was fine, as was the service at atmosphere of the restaurant. Although there was a person off the street who came in and asked a mom who was bottle feeding her new baby if she and her husband, who were parents of two young children, to buy her a meal. I am not putting blame the restaurant. I just want to give a shout out to them and for agreeing to purchased this person a meal, even though they literally had their hands full.“

“I’m a regular customer of Burger King. I came in last Wednesday, and I was so amazed by one of the managers’ service. As soon as I walked through the door, she greeted me with “Welcome to Burger King” along with eye contact and a beautiful smile. I was also impressed with the new Whopper bun and the packaging.
This week, I craved Burger King again, so I came back yesterday around 6 PM expecting to experience the same great service. However, when I came in, one manager assisted me, and I don’t know why, but she seemed upset with all the customers. While taking orders, she kept talking and never greeted any of the customers. She was a small girl, but I’m sure she was a manager.
I miss those days, especially every Wednesday, when coming into the store gave such good vibes, especially when you see the staff smiling. I hope the other staff and managers will be trained to be as friendly and welcoming as the other employee who had a beautiful smile.

“Love the burger king originals revamp. Ive stopped coming here, but the revamp has me coming back regularly. The fries were originally my main gripe, but now they are consistently hot, crispy and nicely salted. Limited caramel apple pie sundae is so addicting too.“
