Burger King in Edmonton

“Best service I've ever experienced. The fellow working there (I'm assuming he is the owner) worked very hard to make sure our experience was awesome from beginning to end. He was playing peek-a-boo with my toddler and then gave my kids FREE ice cream cones at the end of our meals. He also made my son a brand new whopper, no questions asked, because we forgot to ask for no cheese. The tables were all sparkling clean with paper crowns on each one, making the restaurant look very inviting. We are definitely returning here just to experience the excellent service that I have not even experienced at fine dining restaurants. Keep up the good work!!“

“Stopped by about 30 minutes before closing, and I was really impressed with the service. The guy working the drive-thru was cheerful, well-spoken, and made the whole experience welcoming instead of making me feel rushed. My order was fresh and exactly as requested.

The location also has a clean, spacious parking lot with convenient wheelchair-accessible parking, which is a nice bonus. Great customer service and a positive experience all around. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I’m a regular customer of Burger King. I came in last Wednesday, and I was so amazed by one of the managers’ service. As soon as I walked through the door, she greeted me with “Welcome to Burger King” along with eye contact and a beautiful smile. I was also impressed with the new Whopper bun and the packaging.
This week, I craved Burger King again, so I came back yesterday around 6 PM expecting to experience the same great service. However, when I came in, one manager assisted me, and I don’t know why, but she seemed upset with all the customers. While taking orders, she kept talking and never greeted any of the customers. She was a small girl, but I’m sure she was a manager.
I miss those days, especially every Wednesday, when coming into the store gave such good vibes, especially when you see the staff smiling. I hope the other staff and managers will be trained to be as friendly and welcoming as the other employee who had a beautiful smile.
