Carl's Jr. is known for its delicious and juicy chicken burger, as well as its famous star burger with a fresh patty and toasted bun. The double western bacon cheeseburger lives up to the hype, definitely one of the best fast food burgers out there. The waffle fries are great straight out of the bag, and the Oreo milkshakes are solid. The food is fresh, hot, and comes in great portions at decent prices. Staff is always friendly, with exceptional service from employees like Aman. Though the chicken sandwich was described as greasy before, the fries remain hot and enjoyable. Some concerns about overcharging and lack of receipts were noted, but the overall experience is satisfying with great customer service. Straws are plastic, but they don’t charge extra for dips.
