“This was my family’s first visit to a Carls Jr. and it was an exquisite experience. Very thoughtful and friendly staff. Top notch customer service and the food was excellent. Veggies on the burgers were very fresh and the patties freshly grilled - DELICIOUS.“

“I returned this football season for the promo from the Edmonton Elks after a long hiatus, and I am glad to see that things have really improved around here.

The staff is friendlier and there is a lot more ethnodiversity among the employees. The restaurant is a lot cleaner too, which could be a related fact.

I will definitely give this place another try as the season goes on.“

“We decided to eat inside to hopefully keep the car clean form the children's crumbs and had the most absolute pleasant-est experience. The servers were very attentive ensuring my niece had a non-wobbly stool. They gave me the incorrect cocktail, I didn't notice, but halfway through drinking they brought out a replacement of the correct flavour. The food was very fresh, likely because they were slow that day but I would come back to this location just for the service!“

“Not a good night staff in evening. Even if you guys are busy nobody gives you the right to be rude to other customers. It didn't happen with me but i saw some lady juggling with her order and also the unhelpful staff was getting rude for that“
