I've enjoyed their cheese tarts for years from Vancouver and since they opened in WEM, but It seems like they've changed the cheese tarts so the pastry is much thicker on the bottom now. The cheese filling is probably just over half of how much there used to be. Such a disappointing change... will give it another chance in a month or two but if it stays like this I probably won't be getting any more tarts from them.

Me and my friend got blueberry ice cream, and it was really good, but we didn't feel the lemon sauce that there was supposed to be. We came up to the counter again, and without further questions, the lady made us two new ice creams with more lemon sauce. She was really nice. Thank you for that, Castella.

I was pretty irritated when there was another customer beside me coughing with his mouth open near the lady who was preparing my ice cream. As much as I really wanted to ask if they could make me a new one. I was hesitant asking bc from the hard work she did.
