“I stopped by Dairy Queen this evening, and honestly, I was impressed.
This is the cleanest fast-food restaurant I’ve been to anywhere in Canada. Everything is spotless — tables, floors, counters — there’s barely even any dust. It really feels like the staff take cleanliness seriously at all times, not just when someone is watching.

The employees were also amazing: friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. It makes a huge difference when the team actually cares.

I want to mention that in many other places — from McDonald’s to even more “premium” restaurants like Earl’s — it’s often much messier: dirty tables, sticky floors, trash lying around. But here? Everything is absolutely perfect.

“This location is usually manned by younger staff. They are always pleasant and happy. The staff always get a 5 star, same with the food that they serve. My only downfall on this location is that since they are smaller, they do not get some of the more popular regular staple items. I wish that they would more frequently have Kit-Kat and Coffre Crisp blizzards and cakes. I would definately buy more if they were available. Like I said before,the food is always good and the staff are phenomenal.“

“Decided to go for a late night snack last night and when you’re going out for DQ at 10:30, you don’t typically expect good service or people who are genuinely happy to be there. BUT last night I decided to go here instead of my other regular locations and I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and friendly the staff were, not just to me but hearing them converse with each other as well. Besides the service, these were the best blizzards we’ve had in over a year. Actually well mixed and generous with the mix ins. We will definitely be making this location our new regular spot! “Banana split forever. Located in the Londonderry Mall food court this is a great spot for an ice cream treat. I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen’s treats. Now in my late 50’s I can’t remember a time that I haven’t had a DQ treat. My wife and I shared the banana split and enjoyed it. There is lots of seating in the food court and washrooms close by. The service was friendly and quick. We will be back at another time to enjoy the treats.“

“We've been to this location many times and have had mixed experiences, but today was a great one, and one staff member in particular, Alexander H., needs some recognition. He helped us tonight, took our order flawlessly, including several modifications, brought out the food very quickly, it was made exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. Alexander made sure to bring us lots of napkins and ketchup with our food and asked if there was anything else we needed. He was polite, friendly, and professional. Even my kids commented on how wonderful he was. Make this kid a manager!“

“I ordered a birthday cake today. Nov 16,2025. I went in at 11 am to get it and got written Happy Birthday Mom. A young girl wrote on it and I feel bad for not getting her name. The handwriting was the best I’ve ever seen and she put little heart on the letter i little details made this the most special cake today. Sorry I was in a rush and didn’t really look at it. “I come here quite often beceause I live close by. The staff seem to be quite nice. I show up with two for one coupons and they usually let me reuse them. I've never had an issue with the service.

The bacon cheese burger is pretty good. I enjoy the onion rings as well. As for cold treats I recommend the peanut buster parfait, the blizzard or the banana split.“
