Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a large, bright restaurant with clean tables and plenty of seating. Customers can enjoy a quick bite to eat, with options like the flamethrower burger. The staff, including friendly workers, provide good service and are always welcoming. The store is kept very clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available in the large lot for convenience. However, the inside could use a good deep cleaning, as some customers have noticed a lingering odd smell and uniforms that look unwashed. The drive-thru screen sometimes needs fixing, and the store no longer offers doggy cones for puppies. Despite these issues, many find the staff attentive and the service pleasant, making it still a place worth visiting.
