We visited on Miracle Treat Day, which is always the busiest day of the year for Dairy Queen stores in our region as it's a fundraiser day for Albert Children's Hospitals. Despite the crush of guests, the team were all very friendly and cheerful! They definitely went the extra mile to treat people with kindness and gratitude. Top notch teamwork and culture at this location.
The staff at this Dairy Queen are extremely kind and proffesional.
We came in Friday May 8th and my daughter had a specific drawing she wanted on her birthday cake. The young woman that took the task on did a fantastic job and made me daughters day!

The young staff members are efficient and have a wonderful attitude, providing great customer service even when the place is busy. This location is usually manned by younger staff who are always pleasant and happy, and the food they serve is always good. While they may not always have some of the more popular regular staple items like Kit-Kat and Coffre Crisp Blizzards and cakes, the overall dining experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is great, with a pleasant atmosphere.
