“I had an outstanding experience at Denny’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Oliver. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. His positive attitude and professionalism stood out right away, setting the tone for a great dining experience.

Throughout our meal, Oliver was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and handled every request quickly and with a great attitude. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

The food arrived promptly, and Oliver made sure everything was exactly as we ordered. When we had a couple of questions about the menu, he was knowledgeable and offered helpful recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. His attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

What impressed me most was how Oliver treated every guest with the same level of care and respect. Even while the restaurant was busy, he remained calm, friendly, and efficient. It’s not often you come across someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.

“I have to say that in my 59 years of life, I have never experienced service as outstanding as I did today. Lisa is, without question, the absolute best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of being served by.
From the moment we sat down, Lisa welcomed us with a genuine smile, warmth, kindness, and professionalism that made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made every single person at our table feel special.
What impressed me the most was the incredible way Lisa interacted with the children in our group. She treated them with such patience, kindness, and genuine care, making them laugh, smile, and feel included. She spoke to them with the same respect and attention she gave the adults, which meant so much to all of us. It is rare to meet someone who has such a natural gift for making children feel important and welcome.
Even though the restaurant was busy, Lisa never once appeared rushed or overwhelmed. She remained cheerful, calm, thoughtful, and incredibly efficient throughout our visit. She truly went above and beyond in every possible way. She is the kind of person who turns a meal into a wonderful memory, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like Lisa are incredibly rare and are a tremendous asset to any restaurant.

“We went a week after mother's day. Its very nice because they have kids eat free on Sundays. I have pretty young kids so it helps if they dont eat or are to into the restaurant to even notice they have food. It was super quite the food came out fast and was very good. We'd go again absolutely.“
