“First time trying Five Guys and overall, we had a really good experience! The service was friendly, welcoming, and the staff were very helpful. The complimentary peanuts were such a nice touch and honestly made the visit a hit. 🥜
We tried the burgers and also got one of their milkshakes, which was new for us. The burger was good, although personally I felt the patty could use a little more seasoning and the bun could have been a lil more fresh and warm. The fries, unfortunately, were a bit dry and seemed slightly burnt, so those could have been better.
That said, the customer service was definitely on point, and the complimentary peanuts were a fun bonus. Overall, a positive first experience, and we'd be happy to come back and try more of the menu!“
“The two women working during my visit were incredibly hardworking. The woman making burgers greeted me right away before I even reached the cashier and was already prepared to start making my order before I had even placed it. The young woman with the red hair and glasses impressed me by constantly rotating between the cash register, making milkshakes, and even sweeping the restaurant. She also took the time to ask how I liked my milkshake, which I really appreciated. Their initiative, attentiveness, and work ethic really stood out. Great service!“
“Everyone was quite efficient and my food came out hot. I ask for a thin patty and that's exactly what I got I also would just say they don't scrimp, on the pickles you get pickles on the whole burger not just in the middle. So all in all it was a great experience. Thanks FIVE GUYS!“
“Burgers awesome fries 🍟 great!
Bowls with out bun $16.99 is insane and smallest bowl ever suggestion fill the small container make it worth paying $16.99 and add insane amount of lettuce to make it a bowl as you add lots to every thing else on burgers and fries other then that it was great“
“A huge thank you to Ace and Nancy and the entire team working on August 15 who accommodated our large order with very short notice. They went above and beyond and are truly incredible to work with. Highly recommend this location for large catering orders. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be ordering again. Thanks again!“
