Grandma Pizza Reviews
Just had a delivery from our local pizza restaurant, Grandma Pizza. Paid for the order, and the delivery guy, an older man with grey hair, after being tipped quite well for the delivery, proceeded to the next floor in the stairwell, and took a huge pee in the stairwell. I saw his delivery case on the upper stairs, hear him pee,, then he went off that floor down the elevator, and into the night.

best crust in town, loaded with toppings, friendly service
Great service, super tasty pizza, with generous portions for a very reasonable price!
Hot wings are not buffalo style they are baked which I really enjoyed.

Grandma Pizza offers delicious pizzas with a good crust, topped with a generous amount of ingredients. The large #20 and the large sausage, mushroom, and green pepper options are both praised for their taste and quality. Many customers say the pizza is AMAZING, well-priced, and served quickly. The meat lovers and Mediterranean pizzas are favorites, with toppings and cheese that are abundant and tasty, along with a flavorful sauce. The restaurant also serves delicious banana bread, wings with a dry rub hot flavor, Caesar salad, cheese toast, and a surprising chocolate croissant. Orders can be delivered quickly within 2km of the downtown area for free, and portions are large while prices remain affordable. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy vibe that makes it feel like a hidden gem with really nice people. Many find the pizza well made and very tasty, often better than their favorite place in the west end. The restaurant is also a great spot for a quick, filling snack after a busy day or a walk, offering friendly service in a lively atmosphere. The homemade dough is airy yet crispy, and can hold up under any toppings and cheese. Customers enjoy the fresh ingredients, such as red peppers, mozzarella, feta, and high-quality meats like ground beef and chicken. The simple yet elegant tomato sauce and the love put into each pie are highly appreciated. The restaurant is a family-owned business that supports local ingredients and offers good value for money. Despite its small size with only one table for waiting, the process is straightforward—order, wait, pay—and the owners focus on making great pizza. Cash payments are recommended, especially during times when credit card processing can be unreliable. Overall, many customers, including those with picky children and even a 93-year-old Grandma, enjoy the tasty, well-priced pizzas and friendly service.
