The food was great, but the customer service was extremely disappointing—especially for a place known for being friendly. As first-timers, we felt rushed and ignored. When we asked for help understanding the menu options, the staff brushed us off, closed our meal boxes, and rushed us to the cashier, even though no one else was in line. Terrible service for first-time visitors.

The best place to get all of your filipino meal deals and merienda (snacks)!
Very poor experience, we had went here for filipino breakfast. I had informed the Tita who was serving us that my partner has an Egg allergy.
She then packs my food with egg (which i was fine with) however she then proceeds to use the same tongs that she grabbed an egg with to serve my partners food.
For people with allergies beware as cross contamination in this place is bad. They have 15 other tongs that they can use but chooses negligence.
