Highlevel Diner Reviews
we just had lunch at the high level diner in Edmonton and it was spectacular. the service was really good. the atmosphere was eclectic and kind of retro and very pleasing to the eye. the food was amazing and the portions are huge and the prices were not. The spinach pie was such a large piece that my friends split it and it was still a lot of food. I had the gluten-free eggs benedict and it was very good with homemade ketchup for the hash browns. wow! that was a nice treat....read full review
This was my first time visiting, and I can promise that it won't be the last! The service was lovely. I had the classic breakfast for 13$! Unheard of! It came out fast and delicious (and it was busy). The island cooler is to-die-for!
12/10 would recommend!
Incredible staff, soul-soothing food.

Highlevel Diner is a well-loved but often overlooked restaurant in the High Street area of Edmonton. Known for its great breakfasts, it is a popular spot for brunch and mid-day lunches. The space is cozy, and the service is friendly and helpful. Some customers mention that sitting outside can sometimes lead to less attentive service, but the overall atmosphere remains warm and inviting. The food is consistently very good, especially the breakfast and brunch options, with many praising the eggs benedict with backbacon. The diner has a trendy, hipster vibe, but the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. It is especially noted for its excellent vegan options, including a top-notch vegan burger and curry. One of the highlights is the insanely huge cinnamon rolls, which are perfect with coffee, despite being a bit tough and hard to cut. Customers also enjoy the homemade ketchup and the tasty hash browns, which are cooked perfectly. The breakfast sandwich with sausage and the Got Beef Benny are popular choices, with some finding the Benny especially appealing for its presentation and flavor. The atmosphere suits a dinner date or coffee get-together, making it a versatile spot. Parking is available right across the restaurant along the fence, helpful for those driving in downtown, though some find the location a little tricky to navigate. Overall, Highlevel Diner remains a favorite for its great food, charming setting, and welcoming ambiance.
