The floors look like they were not done since the store opened this morning. When asked if we did not want to use the kiosk, foh staff informed us that they would happy to help with use of kiosk. The one taco was broken. All in all your typical KFC/TacoBell combo restaurant.
Less than pleased that they force you to use the kiosks unless you're paying with cash. What if I don't want to use a kiosk? Napkins, forks, straws, everything you should be able to help yourself to is behind the counter. I don't come around often, but this time will be the last.
Came and waited for almost 45 mins at 8 pm and in the process of waiting the ran out of beef and couldn’t make my food. And gave me a full refund and didn’t ask if I wanted a partial refund since some of my food didn’t have beef in it.
