“I’m so glad I tried the bulgogi ramen! The beef was so tender and juicy. The ramen broth had a rich depth that complemented the bulgogi without overpowering it. The noodles were chewy, just the way I like them. A great fusion of Korean flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back for this one!“

“Forever an Edmonton classic. I take all my friends here for affordable pizza and drinks. The non pizza food is good, too, but bulgogi kimchi pizza is LIFE. They changed the pizza dough recipe when they sold a while back but it's spiced and SO good. They always have milkis and soju on hand and I always order an extra green onion cake. Diff forget the ranch and Sriracha on your pizza!“

“The food is TO DIE FOR. Their tangsuyuk (탕수육) is possibly the best thing I have ever tasted in my life, and I am obsessed with it. I never leave this restaurant without getting an extra order of it to go.

The jjajangmyeon and jjamppong (it has a lot more seafood than I expected - you can't see it in the photo, but there were 2 crab halves buried under the mountain of noodles and soup) are amazing, and I always get either one of those with some tangsuyuk. These 3 dishes are the trifecta, the holy trinity of this restaurant.

I've tried some of their other dishes like their kanpunggi, dumplings, and fried rice, and they were decent, but nothing too special. I found it hard to care, though, because the holy trinity is so good, you don't need anything else.“

“I’ve been here 3 times within 1.5 month because I love the Katsu as it is always fresh and crisp. The restaurant owner was very nice and her crews also very friendly. Today I tried the chicken instead of pork and it was very delicious too. You can have 1 time refill on the salad and soup that is so great. Worth your dollars and they also have buckwheat noodles that fits the summer weather to cool your off from the heat. Will keep visiting 👍🏻“

Their lunch specials are super tasty ranging from the bulgogi beef to the spicy pork options with lots of sides to choose from.There kitchen option (which only take a couple minutes longer) are also a great choice. “definitely me and my mom’s go-to place whenever we’re craving Korean food. The food is always so good — the meat is tender, the soup is super tasty, and the prices are just right for the quality you get.

One of the things I love is that there’s almost never a wait, so we can just walk in and enjoy a nice meal without the hassle. The owner is amazing too — always smiling and making you feel welcome. The service here honestly makes the whole experience even better.

“Super cute shop that smelled amazing! The lady at the counter was very kind and took the time to explain what each rice cake was and how to enjoy them. They just happened to have leftovers so we luckily got to try a few before picking, and they were all great! I'll be back for sure :)“

“I went to this place with my family and it was so good! We ordered the sundae gukbap and korean pancake. The waiter brought out the food pretty fast and the service was great! I ended up licking the plate clean. If you ever want to go to a Korean restaurant this is your place!!!“

“Friday night the restaurant was little bit empty, with plenty of available seats. The selection of meats was great — pork, chicken, beef, lamb, and seafood. However, the marinated meats were a bit too salty and sweet, probably because they had been soaked in the sauce for too long. There were not many servers, so the grill pan was not changed promptly and even got burnt. We had to ask the staff ourselves to get it replaced.

Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about. The restaurant doesn’t offer many side dishes, so it’s more suitable for people who only love eating meat. I hope they can improve the seasoning of the meats and change the grill pan more frequently. I'll come back:)“

October 2024 - Came for dinner here and was surprised by the service, the convenience, the food, the atmosphere, everything! Conveniently order everything on your phone and they bring it right to the table. The pork belly was amazing, as were the beef short ribs! All the grilled meat was delicious in general! The kitchen foods were just as good, but, it’s so much fun cooking at the table! All you can eat is so worth it! Be aware there is a cost for wasted food so don’t order more than you can handle! Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“I always used to see this store driving by and never got the chance to really try it out until today and it honestly might be a hidden gem…. As soon as I walked in the people were SOOOO welcoming and recommended me what to get which made it so much easier for me since I’m super indecisive lol. I ended up getting their 6 pieces half and half and tried their snow cheese with sweet and hot and i kid you not i have NEVER experienced this type of food in my life… it was so unique to the tastebuds and the chicken was fresh as if they just cut it right now… Turns out they genuinely never freeze their Chicken… The flavours were outta this world especially the Snow Cheese one. I will definitely be coming back here with my kids.“

“For quick and convenient Korean food, Koryo delivers consistently. The beef and ribs are flavorful, but the real standout is the potatoes. Coated in a sweet garlic sauce that almost gives them a dessert-like quality, they have an incredible texture. There's pieces that taste like caramel, pieces that taste more savory, it's delicious!“

Vermicelli was a big bowl and lots of meat. Enough to share with 2 people. Lemongrass chicken was dried but the beef and pork were so good! You can choose pork spring rolls instead of veg. Comes with it.“
