Came here for the first time since March and it seems to be under new ownership. The portions have definitely decreased and we only received one tiny portion of wasabi despite ordering 3 orders of rolls and a chirashi bowl. The generous portions were previously what drew us as it was exceptionally good value for the price. It is quite disappointing though it was still delicious, it is a definite reduction in the amount of food you get.
Ordered skip who royally screwed up and Kyoto handled it above and beyond!

I come all the time for lunch and dinner, and I always have a young lady as my server and her service never disappoints, also amazing worship piano background music! Very calm place to dine in. And good prices too
