Las Tres Marias Mexican Restaurant & Food Truck is a hidden gem in Hinton. This quaint, colorful restaurant offers an authentic Mexican experience with flavorful food, from the salsa tasting to the churro cheesecake and everything in between. The Mar & Tierra Fajitas feature chicken breast, steak, and shrimp sautéed with bell peppers and onions, served with rice and beans. The burritos are highly recommended, but anything made is really good. The food is worth every cent, served quickly by kind staff. With exceptional customer service and beautiful murals inside and out, this place is a must try and a fantastic discovery.
