The person who took my order seemed annoyed to be working there. Forget asking any questions, they will make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Ten minutes wait for chicken tenders that I ended up throwing out as they were not fully cooked through. What a disappointment considering the amount of money spent. I ordered 3 combos about a week and half ago at the Griesbach location and they didn’t give me biscuits on 2 of the combos. The place wasn’t that busy that the staff would get confused. This past weekend, my son ordered a combo at the West Edmonton Mall location and it was missing the biscuit, too. In both cases, it was not worth the trouble to go back to get the missing biscuits. Starting to think they’re trying to rip people off.

My favorite place to visit here at WEM Food Court is Popeyes. I love the food quality, especially the crispiness of the spicy chicken. Their service is fast and consistent. The employees are friendly, especially Tina, who even chatted with me while taking my orders.
