Best donairs on the north side easily. Large portion of meat, their fries are huge, great tasting tzatziki. Orders are a little behind what is told when ordering on Uber Eats but well worth the wait. Not the friendliest place but the food makes up for it. North side institution and definitely worth a visit

Richard's Donair & Sub is a hidden gem in the city, known for its delicious and generously portioned food. The first impression of the place might not be overwhelmingly stylish, but the food more than makes up for it.
The Super Donair with cheese is a standout dish, with perfectly seasoned meat, fresh veggies, and a tantalizing blend of sauces that create a burst of flavors with each bite. The portion size is so generous that it can be difficult to finish in one sitting. The poutine donair is also a standout, tasting SO good. The donair was one of the best poutine donairs one has had in their life. Honestly Best DONAIR in Edmonton!!! So good!!! The quality amazing, the tastes superb, the options are delicious. The customer service is so kind, welcoming & wonderful. One of the perks of dining here is the ample parking available, making the overall experience more convenient. While the ambiance could use some improvement, the outstanding food quality and impeccable service overshadow any shortcomings in the aesthetics department. Highly recommend this hidden gem that won’t disappoint you! Go give it a try. And PS) YOU GOT TO TRY THEIR ONION RINGS!!!!! Out of this world.
