While our overall experience was great, Grill City in the food court ruined it for us. After traveling a long way, we were met with poor customer service by the two women at the counter—who were unhelpful, rushed us, and ignored our questions, even though it wasn't even busy and there was no line at all. First-timers are much better off visiting Crispy Town, where the staff is welcoming and attentive. Management needs to train the Grill City team on basic customer service.
It is a great place to get deals on pork and chicken. I would rather have had instacart do my orde, but it appears that this App wants me to travel 1.5 hours to get my stuff.
