She’s always so efficient, fast, and serves everyone with a smile. She even recommended a sandwich for me, and it turned out amazing! Despite handling everything on her own, she stays calm, polite, and patient — even with little kids giving her a hard time. Truly excellent service!“

Fantastic Experience at Subway – Edmonton Airport!

Subway at Edmonton Airport is hands down one of the best spots to grab a fresh and satisfying bite before or after a flight. The staff are friendly, quick, and efficient even during busy hours. The sandwiches are always made fresh to order, and the ingredients are super crisp and clean.

Highly recommend if you're passing through YEG and need good food fast. Clean space, great service, and consistent quality every time!“

“This looks like a smaller stand alone subway restaurant. Plenty of seating and some of the freshest ingredients than other subways I have eaten at. And very clean (bathroom and restaurant). If I lived closer to the area, this would be HR subway I come to.“

“Great location I go to this location very frequently as it is the closest one to where I live.

Staff is friendly there and the food is so yummy there is a wide range of toppings to choose from and a wide selection of subs to choose from. One of my favorite subs is the Turkey sub.

The staff gets my food prepared in a reasonable time and the food is fresh and very tasty.

There is lots of parking available at this location as it is in the same parking lot as
Save on foods and McDonald's.

Great store over all and I will continue to go to this location.“

“This is usually a good subway.
today, June 16th, I had the new steak and bbq sauce sub.
pulled out 3 pieces of unchewable fat.
that's ok, steak has fat.
Went to the bathroom to wash all the drippings from my hands and had to go get a key, understandable.
Washed up...had to smack the air dryer to get it to work then after I took a pee...no toilet paper on either roll on the near floor mounted toilet paper holder to flush and open the door.
WHAT IF I HAD A POOP?
WHAT REASTERAUNT LETS BOTH TOILET PAPER ROLL HOLDERS GO DRY ?
That would have been a tragic and funny as hell moment in my life.
My sock?
My shorts?
The girl at the front desk did seem very shocked and I didn't press it.

The service is good, nothing to call home about. There is one person working here that’s always above and beyond but unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

The subs are hit or miss, obviously if you’re in the store you can get it exactly how you want but ordering in the app you don’t always get it like you asked for.

I’ve gotten perfect subs by ordering through the app and I’ve gotten subs that don’t follow my order at all. The app usually boasts some pretty good discounts though which I normally use it.“

“I placed a large order of platters here on the weekend. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were ready on time, they helped carry it all to the car and gave plenty of extra sauces on the side. I was blown away by the service. Next time I will order directly from them if I ever need to cater an event. Highly recommend.“

“The workers are great. The area isn't. I feel for them working alone downtown. I've witnessed people come in and steal from the cooler. It is often young women and people of colour working at this location, and they deserve a tip every time, but I worry for their safety. It's also quite busy. There is no reason they should be closing this location alone.“

But one thing (actually personal) sets this location above others- her name is Khush! She is soooo friendly, makes a great sub, and keeps the place spotless and clean!
