Had them cater for our Company of 40 people for the first time. Arrived early and the platters were extremely neat and the food was impressively fresh. Great service...great food Thank you very much This is the start of a beautiful lunch relationship
I Needed a Catered Lunch for 60 people last minute, needed the food for noon and it was 10am, I called up Subway @ 6112 50st Edmonton and they took on the challenge no problem and not only was the staff friendly and helpful but the food was done Early and still fresh and delicious, they saved my day

Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, with one instance where the manager kindly made a fresh salad after a mistake with a prepaid order. Even though the app experiences technical issues, the staff, including the manager, are friendly and helpful. There have been past issues with soup preparation, including a case where a soup was microwaved instead of freshly made. Overall, Subway offers a decent dining experience with room for improvement, but many customers find it to be a great place for lunch.
