I have been to this Subway a couple of times and everytime I have went I have received exceptional customer service and food quality. The workers always engage with their customers which is really nice:)

I'm absolutely impressed with our subway service. Our food was perfect, and service was made with a smile. Alex and Nelson also took time to help their customer (elderly man) out the door safely. Never seen so much compassion from staff before. They make an awesome team, where kindness is there specialty. God Bless my brothers.????

Ordered colt cut trio $8.99 add double meat $4.00... total would be 1$13.64. They charged $16.30 saying it's a turkey sandwich with double meat. Refused to refund when I said that's wrong.Horrible customer service.

My preferred sandwich is Italian cheese bread, sweet onion sauce on the bread, swiss cheese then toasted. Tuna, all veggies except the hot peppers and top it off with Garlic aioli! Delicious everyday and this is the place they make it right every time! Very friendly staff, fast service with quality too. :) :)

This is my local sub sandwich shop and the one I go to the most when looking for a regular sub sandwich. I have my favourite go-to sub which I order 90% of the time so I haven't experienced a wide swath of their menu. I know this location is a very well run franchise. The staff are very nice and welcoming and they seem to have many long-term staff so I think that shows they treat their staff well. I have been here during the day on lunch and non-lunch hours as well as the evening. It is usually very busy during lunch but other off hours aren't that bad. They usually deal with long line-ups very quickly (by long line-up the most I have experienced is maybe 4-5 people in front of me at lunch). With Covid though who wants line-ups right? Just go during off lunch hours and you should be fine, or just wait outside for a lull. People aren't dining in and business is down so having a wait probably isn't much of an issue right now. They keep the prep are nice and clean. They have always had fresh bread. I never get mine toasted so you can really tell how fresh the bread is. There is lots of parking here. It is a big strip mall but since they are the end unit they usually have a few open spots in front or beside the store.

After my overnight shift, I stopped by Landrum Mall and I saw that Subway was still closed. I napped in my car and suddently saw that the light of the store was turned on. I went into the store and wanted to buy the breakast. However I saw the lady staff was cleaning the oven, and the counter delingently. She asked me to sit on the table first since she was doing the cleaning. After she had done the work, she made me the sandwich and explained that the store was opened at 08:30am. I went there too early. I really appreciate her efforts to keep up the store. Also, she provided the best service for the client.
