Absolute perfection, it’s hard to say much more. We are avid sushi enthusiasts and we literally both said it feels like eating in Japan again. The quality of every ingredient is divine down to the correct acidity/temp and rice moisture level. I didn’t know sashimi could be this rich and flavourful.
We have been to so many sushi locations across Edmonton as well and seriously giving up hope until we visited this place.

Visited here while I was staying in Edmonton for a couple of Days, great food and great atmostphere!
We had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Wasabi. Other reviews warned us not to be swayed by the strip mall location - the food and service is excellent. Fully Japanese decor would be welcome but it certainly doesn't detract from the experience.
