We were a group of 5 last night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and excellent service.
The atmosphere gets a 2 unfortunately due to the state of the women’s washroom. It hadn’t been cleaned, bins overflowing and there was a stench that made one gag. Not good.
I had the Grilled Caesar Salad with added chicken for $26 and it was absolutely delicious! It was a whole romaine heart which was grilled, giving it a smoky flavour and blackening the tips of the leaves. It was served with bacon bits which were also cooked to crisp perfection and parmesan cheese and of course the added chicken. Everything was so tasty that I barely used the house-made dressing which I'd requested on the side.

We wanted to give The Glass Monkey a try as we live in the neighbourhood. Service was friendly and the drinks were tasty. However, the menu and prices didn't really match our experience. The menu started with fresh new dishes and cocktails, then more beverages and cocktails, then featured dishes, followed by regular dishes with lots of repetition and overlap. My dish did not come as described on the menu (without prawns to go with the scallops) and I could understand how...
