My husband and I went out for dinner this evening expecting a fancy meal, and great service…we were extremely disappointed. Our server was almost nonexistent, gave my husband one drink refill at the END of his meal, and only came to check on how the meal was AFTER I looked for someone else to help me.

We are frequent patrons to the Keg. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday - which was mentioned on the reservation and a few times throughout the meal. After we ate, nothing. Usually they bring out a dessert (this is our usual birthday meal place). Fairly disappointed. Along with all the cold vegetables.
