They never give you your right menu that you order. So many times I have to returned because my beverage is not what I order sometimes I ordered one pastry and got two. Most of the staff’s not focus… always on their personal phone.
Today was a complete shock to me. As I received the best customer service from a lady at this Tim Hortons (160th St & Stony Plain Rd.) I wish I would have asked her name. But unfortunately I didn’t as I was so impressed by the service… Thank you Lady for restoring my faith in Timmy’s and their lack of customer service lately…

I often stop at this location because it is on my way to work. Although it is convenient there are times that the service could be better. Not sure why I am standing there waiting when one person is sweeping, another passes to go to the back and not one acknowledgement to let me know that I was seen or that someone will be with me shortly.
