Tim Hortons Reviews
Very ignorant and more treatment to indigenous women and even refused a customers request of tomatoes even after paying for them and did not do that to the next customer who was non indigenous
This Tim Hortons has gotten my order wrong everytime! Everytime! They suck! I Live in the area so it would be convenient to go there but not if everytime I have to get them to fix my order. Tim Hortons is a clean restaurant with very friendly and patient staff. The hashbrowns are fresh and delicious, unlike other locations. The return of the menus is a great improvement. The food is fine, and the coffee is decent, meeting expectations for a visit to Tim Hortons. Customers often enjoy their XL coffee, which is usually well-made, and although honey is not available as a sweetener, the coffee generally tastes good. The staff are friendly and accommodating, often knowing customers' orders and calling them by name, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. During busy times, there can be a wait at the drive-thru and dine-in, and service can sometimes be hit or miss due to language barriers, but most staff are polite and try their best. Overall, Tim Hortons remains a popular spot for breakfast, lunch, or a snack, especially for Canadians.
