Very friendly staff. Clean. Food is fresh the hashbrowns tasted better then another tim hortons. Usually i hate the hashbrowns when i order from tims. I was there yesterday the guy was super friendly always was helpful. I seen that he very good with customers and patient. I was there at 2 having lunch. When I visit edmonton i will make sure i stop in here more.
Vegetarian options: The lunch and dinner sandwich options are not vegetarian friendly. I am able to customize my order to remove meat, and it's usually made correctly. Breakfast sandwiches have egg and cheese options with no meat.

Consistently terrible farmers wrap every morning. The staff here are decent, bit the food quality has been abysmal lately. They either dump salt in it, don't add any sauce, or the wrap just seems 'off' compared to other locations. Gotta stick to just drinks and donuts from this location.
