Tim Hortons is a clean restaurant with very friendly and patient staff. The hashbrowns are fresh and delicious, unlike other locations. The return of the menus is a great improvement. The food is fine, and the coffee is decent, meeting expectations for a visit to Tim Hortons. Customers often enjoy their XL coffee, which is usually well-made, and although honey is not available as a sweetener, the coffee generally tastes good. The staff are friendly and accommodating, often knowing customers' orders and calling them by name, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. During busy times, there can be a wait at the drive-thru and dine-in, and service can sometimes be hit or miss due to language barriers, but most staff are polite and try their best. Overall, Tim Hortons remains a popular spot for breakfast, lunch, or a snack, especially for Canadians.
