Love your coffee and maple donuts! ;)
This location is a tough one that can unfortunately get a lot of transients or homeless individuals quite frequently so I find some staff are tough towards people that appear homeless abcd it can create issues and harsh behaviour. I understand but everyone has the right to be treated with respect. It's my only issue with this store. It's clean, good is tasty and they are quick.... Its a busy location.
Zeinab is excellent in service and she is so nice and polite in taking orders ♥

The Tim Hortons restaurant near the entrance to Corona station remains a convenient option for a quick lunch or coffee break. The staff are consistently friendly, respectful, and fast, making each visit pleasant. Despite the busy hours and the challenging local area with homeless people nearby, the team handles difficult situations well and maintains good service. The employees, including a standout staff member named Jashan who is known for multitasking with a smile, as well as Milan and another hardworking team member during closing hours, contribute to a lively and friendly atmosphere. Customers often mention how these staff members make their day better with great service and positive attitudes. The restaurant continues to be a popular spot for reliable service, fresh food, and drinks, especially for mobile pick-up orders. The overall experience is positive thanks to the dedicated staff who manage to create a welcoming environment despite the surrounding neighborhood's challenges.
